Subject:       Annual Meeting for the Pembrook Woods Homeowners Association.

When:         Tuesday, September 25^th, 2012 at 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Where:        Carriage House Inn on S. Seton St. Emmitsburg in the Dining area.

The Carriage House is pleased to host the Annual meeting for the Pembrook Woods Homeowners Association and have included and donated the following for any homeowner(s) who attends our meeting.

·      A 15% discount on meals purchased on September 25^th prior to the meeting.

·      A 15% discount on appetizers purchased before or during the meeting, 

      also included during the meeting:

                ·         Coffee station.

                ·         Cheese and crackers plate.

                ·         Fruit garnish.

 ·         A cash bar will be available during the meeting for those that wish to purchase a beverage.

The board is pleased that the Carriage House is hosting our annual meeting and that they are donating their services just for our meeting and we encourage all to attend.

There is one position open on the board and we encourage you to consider joining us during our monthly meetings.
