December 1, 2014 Dear Pembrook Woods Homeowner, Enclosed is the Approved Budget for 2015. This budget provides for the Annual Assessment to remain at $271.00. The annual assessment will enable the Association to provide landscaping and snow removal services to the common areas and fund the reserve accounts. You will receive a billing notice for the payment of your Annual Assessment in December 2014. Your assessment is due on the first (1st) of January, 2015 and late if not received and processed by February 28th, 2015. A one- time late fee of $10.00 and interest of 1.5% will be charged to your account if your assessment is not paid and processed by February 28th, 2015.
