Paint Colors

There are five basic color schemes used throughout the property. The colors indicated below are only approximate, provided in order to give the viewer some idea of which general color scheme is being discussed. All paint color codes are from McCormick Paints; however, an owner is not required to use McCormick paints as long as the owner matches the color.

The Association’s pre-approved paint colors are listed below. Purchase custom-mixed, quality brand paint at any paint or home improvement store. Provide store staff with the following information: type of paint (exterior semi-gloss), paint formula McCormick and paint color name and ID number.
