The name of the corporation is PEMBROOK WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Pembrook Woods.” If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Web Site.

“PembrookWoods.com” or “Pembrook Woods” means Pembrook Woods Homewoners Association, Inc., a Maryland corporation.

Any legal action or proceeding between Pembrook Woods HOA and you related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Maryland; provided, that if any such action or proceeding arises under the Constitution, laws or treaties of the United States of America, or if there is a diversity of citizenship between the parties thereto, so that it is to be brought in a United States District Court, it shall be brought in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, sitting in Baltimore.

ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PEMBROOK WOODS HOA BOARD ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, AND PEMBROOK WOODS REPRESENTIVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
