ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

Date: Tuesday,  November 21st, 2024

Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Welcome:

                The Purpose of the Annual Meeting is to review the past year's operations, approve the 2025 Proposed Budget, and discuss other business as may come before the members. 

To reach quorum we need 18   (25% of 70 lots) lot owners present in person and/or by proxy.  If quorum is not achieved at the Annual Meeting scheduled on November 21st, 2024, the meeting will be adjourned and the reconvene on December  10th, 2024 the members present in person or by proxy shall therefore constitute a quorum.
