Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement Between User and Pembrook Woods Homeowners Association, Inc. (operator of Pembrook Woods)

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using this Web Site. By accessing or using the Web Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement below in it’s entirety. The name of the corporation is PEMBROOK WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the "Pembrook Woods.”   If you do not accept these terms, do not use this Web Site.

“PembrookWoods.com” or “Pembrook Woods” means Pembrook Woods Homewoners Association, Inc., a Maryland corporation.

ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PEMBROOK WOODS HOA BOARD ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, AND PEMBROOK WOODS REPRESENTIVE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
