Fellow Pembrook Woods Homeowners,

Welcome to the 2012 1st quarter edition of Pembrook Woods news. This newsletter is provided by the Pembrook Woods’ HOA for the benefit of Pembrook Woods Residents. Please invite your neighbors and friends to sign up for the electronic distribution option. This will reduce unnecessary paper, cost to you and allow for dissemination of information to the community more efficiently. 

The primary effort of the Board this past quarter has been improving communication and efficiency of the HOA. For the upcoming 2012 year, the Board will focus on strictly enforcing covenant compliance. Efforts to improve property values, provide service to homeowners, promote community mindedness and maintain the high standards in our community are team efforts.

We are doing the best we can to be responsive and proactive in service to our community, but more help is needed. Your direct support is greatly appreciated!
